The Grundfos CMBE1-44 is a multistage pressure pump with stainless steel construction of all wetted parts suitable for small single storey homes with above ground tanks. The CMBE1-44 is fitted with an integral speed controller which varies the speed of the pump to give constant pressure regardless of variations in demand it will also protect the pump by turning it off if your tank has run out of water. As the variable speed controller matches the power consumption with the required water output this model pump is the most power efficient in the Grundfos CM range.
