Davey 10 micron Pleated Polyester Powdered Activated Carbon cartridge suit a 10" standard filter.
The PPAC series of Pleated Polyester Powdered Activated Carbon cartridges are constructed totally of FDA grade materials. They have combination sediment and chlorine reduction capabilities. This unique construction of the PPAC series means that it has a large filtration area and can handle higher flow rates than other carbon cartridges - but, because of the limited quantity of carbon present in the media, it is not recommended for removal of organics, pesticides or THMs. PPAC series cartridges are excellent polishing filters, closed loop streams and are ideal for post reverse osmosis applications. These cartridges are for cold water use and perfectly fit for rainwater applications.
